KEPLINGER, Harriet

Source: Covington Republican 18 Mar 1898 p 1

Died at her home in this city on Monday morning at 1 o’clock of heart failure and asthma, Mrs. Harriet Keplinger, aged 64 years 11 months and 14 days. Her father and mother died many years ago and she had left three brothers: James, Charles and Oliver, one son, Charles and two daughters, Dora and Mrs. Wick Crane, all of this city.  Mrs. Keplinger although not a member of any church was a good, every day Christian; she had a good word for everybody and entertained malice toward none and her end came in a sweet sleep and pleasant dreams. Rev. DeLong of the ME Church performed the last sad rites after which all that was mortal of poor aunt Harriet was deposited in the  old cemetery alongside of near and dear ones gone before and awaited her coming. – thanks to Jim V
